Liaison Services
These monthly packages are ideal for any SOAR state or community that needs support and training to establish, expand, or maintain their SOAR initiative. Each commitment level provides a combination of trainings and meetings as well as access to ongoing provider- and systems-level technical assistance.
All entities that contract for a Liaison Package will also receive ongoing availability and support from Parkwyn Training & Consulting. This includes answering provider’s questions about SSI/SSDI application submission and providing technical assistance to agency/community leaders regarding SOAR implementation.
We will work with you to create a package that meets your needs.

Three months is a perfect length of time for a state or community looking to fully launch (or re-launch) a SOAR initiative! Establish a local SOAR process, gain buy-in from community members, train providers, establish a solid referral process, complete applications, and track outcomes!

Once a community has launched or reenergized its SOAR initiative, sustained support is important to maintain momentum. A six-month engagement is a great timeframe for states or communities seeking continued guidance as the SOAR initiative grows!
