Income Maximization Summit
About the Summit
This one-day summit brings together community partners to collaboratively develop strategies for improving access to income and essential benefits for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
The Income Maximization Summit is designed for communities seeking to enhance their response to homelessness by improving economic self-sufficiency through employment and benefits. The event provides an opportunity to examine current approaches to supporting income stability, identify gaps, and explore system-level improvements to enhance outcomes. Participants will also consider broader policy and environmental factors that influence access to public benefits and economic opportunities, with a focus on identifying actionable steps that will promote long-term financial stability and resilience across communities.
Who Can Benefit?
A Summit is well-suited for Continuums of Care, regional coalitions, and communities with cross-sector partnerships, including housing, homeless services, healthcare, workforce development, and public service agencies. We support communities at any stage, from establishing partnerships to advancing coordinated systems-level strategies that promote long-term financial stability for individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
