The SOAR Outcome Reporting Tool (SORT) is a web-based data collection system designed to help states gather outcomes for SOAR-assisted claims. The system is fully customizable, offering the flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of states and communities.

SORT has an easy-to-use interface that allows for straightforward data entry and reporting. It allows for customizable data fields to meet state and program needs and includes reporting features to track outcomes and measure progress on SOAR-assisted applications.

Site hosting includes ongoing maintenance, server management, security updates, bug fixes, and data backups. Engagement with PTC to build SORT also includes ongoing user support, onboarding for staff, and a user guide.
