This half-day training equips agencies and community partners with a solid working knowledge of SSA’s disability determination process, the SOAR model, and how to effectively refer individuals to SOAR-trained providers. It is not designed for those who will be completing applications, but rather for those who want enough insight to be strategic, informed, and confidently supportive!

This 1-hour orientation to SSA’s disability income benefit programs and the SOAR model of application assistance is designed to gain buy-in for the SOAR initiative and is a great first step in SOAR implementation!

This 2-hour training is designed for established SOAR initiatives ready to broaden their impact. Whether your program is expanding into legal settings, VA and veteran services, hospitals, or other systems of care, we’ll work with you to design a training experience that equips your team with the tools, strategies, and next steps to gain buy-in for expanding SOAR.
